Agreement to Terms

By using Stock Dog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Stock Dog is a mobile application that connects stock dog trial handlers with trial hosts. Handlers can find trials, enter events, and receive notifications. Hosts can create trials, manage entries, and run their events.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time in Settings

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Payments and Refunds

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

• Payment is collected immediately when you submit an entry

• Fees include a 6% platform fee plus Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + $0.30)

Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: All entry payments are processed immediately and are non-refundable through the Stock Dog app.

• Refund requests must be directed to the trial host

• Trial hosts are solely responsible for issuing refunds

• Stock Dog does not mediate payment disputes between handlers and hosts

• Contact the trial host directly using the contact information provided in the trial listing

Trial Cancellations

• If a trial is cancelled, refunds are handled by the trial host

• Stock Dog is not responsible for refunds due to cancellation

Handler Responsibilities

As a handler, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your dogs

• Pay entry fees when submitting entries

• Follow the rules of each trial you enter

• Direct refund requests to trial hosts

Host Responsibilities

As a trial host, you agree to:

• Provide accurate trial information (dates, location, fees, classes)

• Respond to handler inquiries and refund requests

• Manage your own tax obligations for income received

• Not use Stock Dog for fraudulent purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose

• Submit false entries or fraudulent payments

• Harass other users

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

• Scrape data from the app

Notifications

By using Stock Dog, you consent to receive:

• Push notifications about your runs and trial updates

• Announcements from trial hosts

• Service-related emails

You can disable push notifications in your device settings.

Intellectual Property

• Stock Dog and its content are owned by Oscar Mike Environmentals, LLC

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content

• Your user content (handler profiles, dog information) remains yours

Disclaimer of Warranties

Stock Dog is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted

• Trial information provided by hosts is accurate

• Entries will be processed without issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Oscar Mike Environmentals, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

• We are not responsible for disputes between handlers and hosts

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@omenv.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
